The organ of the Máriaremete Church was donated by Emperor Franz Joseph and Elisabeth, Queen of Hungary (Sissi) from the Royal Castle Chapel in Buda for the consecration of the church in 1899. The original builder was the Rieger company of Jägerndorf. The date of construction is unknown (before 1899). In the 1960s it was rebuilt and extended by the organ builders Nándor Gonda, József Erdősi and László Gyöpös according to the plans of Ferenc Gergely.
