Japanese Conductor, Aoi Mizuno was born in 1994 in Tokyo.
At the age 12, he started to play the Violin and developed an interest in conducting.
When he was 15, he participated in conducting masterclass with Michiyoshi Inoue in Kanazawa and conducted japanese professional Chamber orchestra "Orchestra ensemble kanazawa."
In 2013, He participated in international summer academy of University Mozarteum in Salzburg with Peter Gülke, German Conductor.
Since 2014, Mr.Mizuno has been majoring in orchestral and choir conducting at university mozarteum.
He studies orchestral conducting with Hans Graf (untill 2015), Alexander Drcar, Johaness Kalitzke, Gernot Sahler and Bruno Weil, and choir conducting with Karl Kamper.
In June 2015, he was an assistant conductor for Adrian Kelly in Britten's opera "Noyes Flut" .
